As the days pass on,
And endless hours and minutes are gone,
I remember the yesterdays,
When we lived for just one faith and its ways.

Yesterday, where did you go?
Yesterday, I need you so.
Memories of the fun we had
Are now just burdens of being sad.

We laughed, we sang, joy came to our eyes,
Our hearts, our souls, where there were no lies.
Every day was just one more high.
I had learned how to fly.

I have the power to return.
The ways and forces I will learn.
There was happiness, there will be again.
I will return, my friend.

Yesterday, where did you go?
Yesterday, I need you so.
Memories of the fun we had
Are now just burdens of being...
Watch for me, 'cause from this world,
We shall flee.
